Provincial Acting Party leader holds dialogue with people in Lung Chinh Commune of Meo Vac District
BHG - Acting Secretary of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung hosted a meeting and dialogue with people in Lung Chinh Commune, Meo Vac District on May 30, to inspect the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee’s Resolution No.27 on eliminating backward customs and practices, building civilised lifestyle among the people of all ethnic groups in the province in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030.

At the meeting, Lung Chinh Commune’s representative reported to the Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the working delegation the outstanding results in the implementation of Resolution No.27 in each village and each clan in the commune. The opinions showed the pleasure at the achieved results, especially in weddings and funerals.They also affirmed that the Resolution No.27 has reallybrought about effectsif people’s lives, creating favourable conditions for people to actively participate in production,hunger eradication and poverty reduction.Lung Chinh Commune’s leaders, Party cell secretaries, prestigious people and people also pointed out some difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Resolution No.27.

Concluding the dialogue, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dung expressed his pleasure at the hard work and production of the locals in Lung Chinh Commune and positive changes intheir lives. He also noted that implementing the Resolution No.27, the locals should be determined toassociate the elimination of backward customs and practices with the preservation and promotion of fine traditional cultural values of each ethnic group.

The Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committeealso hoped that Lung Chinh Commune’s people would pay special attention to the education for their children, because this is a key issue that will determine their future.
Earlier, Acting Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Dungvisited, encouraged, and presented gifts to prestigious people and the clan’s leaders; visited a 200-year-old traditional house of the Mong ethnic group; presented great unity houses to lonely and homeless people in Sung Lu Village, Lung Chinh Commune.
